This charming home was built in the early 1930s. During the project, we discovered that the first owners of the house were Cate's Great-great grandparents! We lovingly renovated the existing primary bathroom to function for two working parents while feeling classic and sharp. We also re-decorated the formal living and dining rooms to set the backdrop of the newest chapter of this house.
