This beautiful historic home was built in the early 1900s in the heart of Atlanta - steps from Piedmont Park. We designed a new layout for both the first and second levels, transforming the original dining room and an adjacent bath into a more centrally located kitchen. A primary bathroom was added to create a primary suite on the second floor; we were able to keep the character of one of the original fireplaces in the bathroom.  Additional design elements include a special zone for the family's puppies, a glittering bar that incorporated an original stained glass window, custom nursery built-ins, secondary baths, and special millwork details throughout.
