This townhome was a brand new build in Alpharetta's chic Avalon development. The home came as a blank slate. These empty nesters with two grown children and a rambunctious puppy were ready for a new feel in their new space. We furnished and decorated the entire home to make it feel like a fresh start for an established family where they can build new memories.
