As this client downsized from a traditional, large home, their priority was that their new home feel chic, city, and modern.  They wanted a fresh start and only wished to bring a very few treasured antiques with them.  The bathrooms and kitchen were refinished and reworked to reflect these parameters, and new furnishings were curated to facilitate weekday evenings as a couple and weekends with grandchildren.  We also sought to highlight the amazing views of the city with furniture placement and window treatments.
