CHIC BROOKHAVEN RESIDENCE

Sometimes open is just too open. The original house had an open floorplan with columns between all the rooms. We squared off the front two rooms to enclosed them with cased openings to create cozier, chicer spaces. There is now a formal foyer, cocktail room and dining room. The space between the cocktail room and the dining has a chunky pass thru housing a bar cabinet and china storage. The result is elegant and chic. The primary bathroom was a full renovation from 80s brass to updated and classic. The powder room barely had space for a sink and toilet. The hanging stone vanity with incorporated sink
