This home was built in 1987 and is a beautiful tudor style estate. We helped the homeowner's rearrange the floorplan to meet their modern needs to entertaining and everyday life. The original kitchen was transformed into the "Pool Kitchen". It can act as a bar, a caterers quarters or as snack storage for kid pool parties. The main kitchen was created in the original media room. We opened the wall between the media room and the main living space to create a grand open space. This project was awarded Best Kitchen nationally in Luxe Magazine's Red Awards in 2023.
